Clinic is a product of years of research dealing with lacrosse, football, rugby and ice hockey. This research has been instrumental in helping us develop a curriculum for teaching the mental and physical side of contact. The clinic is not just about making contact, it teaches players balance, board play, safety zones, self –confidence and how to protect themselves when going for the puck.

Contact is part of hockey every midget, bantam, peewee and squirt needs to learn the correct way to give and take contact. We have started to see more injuries in players, because they do not know how to correctly deal with incidental or body contact. We built a curriculum for players so that they can learn the correct way to handle contact which builds more confidence when, it comes to battling in the hard areas.

CHRISTMAS CLINIC: December 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th.
